Who it's for

Investors with a clear exit.

Bridge works when there's a real plan on the other side — a sale, a refinance, a stabilization event. We lend on the story, and we close in time for it to matter.

  • Fast acquisitions — investors with a deal that won't wait for a conventional close.
  • Reposition plays — stabilize the asset, then refinance into long-term financing.
  • Bridge-to-DSCR — hold the property on bridge while we set up the 30-year DSCR refi.
  • Bridge-to-sale — carry the asset through a planned exit on a known timeline.

A real person on the other end.

Bridge loan FAQ

Don't see it? Send us your deal. Start an inquiry →

Most bridge deals close in 10–14 days from a complete inquiry, with appraisal and title the main pacing items. Clean files close faster.

A short-term loan on an investment property where there’s a defined exit — sale, refinance, or stabilization event — within the term. Bridge works when the exit is real.

Extensions are available in select cases. We evaluate based on your exit progress and whether terms can be renegotiated. Talk to us before the term ends — the earlier, the better.

Bring us into the conversation early. If the sale or refi is close but the clock is tight, we work with you on a short extension or a rewrite. Radio silence is what hurts deals.
